I had a personal experience with the office staff and they were unbelievably supportive. So far I have been to two social events and it was very fun. I would definitely recommend the Covington for the place to call home. Awesome place to live, quiet area lots of green space, pet friendly.

Yes there are cheaper apartments out there, but this is a luxury apartment with TONS of amenities in a great location, so in my opinion, the rent at the Covington was fairly priced. We toured other apartments, and the Covington was much nicer than others in the same price range. We also made use of the 2 bedroom guest suite, which was very reasonable and convenient to rent for a night or two when family was in town. The Covington staff bent over backwards for us.
